A sad day at Breen Equestrian as we announce the passing of one of our top stallions, Colmar.

“We bought Colmar as a 3YO from the 3YO loose jumping competition in Leipzig with Michael Quirke, The Pysarenko family and Ruslan Havrylyuk. He had always been a lovely horse to work with – he had a lovely temperament, great nature & a special technique that he has passed onto the next generation. His international career was stellar until it ended through an unlucky injury, when he retired to stud. His legacy will now live on through his progeny” – Shane Breen
