Cuick Star Kervec is a beautifully stamped type with an exceptional temperament, fantastic scope and careful jump. Cuick Star Kervec is a very impressive Grand Prix horse winning at 1.60m level. His bloodlines are second to none, with Quick Star, Kannan and Diamant de Semilly. His dam Ratina Kervec competed at 1.60 level herself. He has a particularly careful back end over his fences, and this trait seems to be being passed on to his progeny. In 2022, he won the Leading Showjumper of the Year at HOYS and made his 5* World Cup debut in Lyon. Cuick Star has gone from strength to strength in the 5* ring. He jumped his first 5* Nations Cup earlier that year for Team Ireland, helping the team secure 3rd.

A small but phenomenal international jumper, he won major Grand Prix classes under Meredith Michaels‑Beerbaum, earning over €500,000. He became one of the most influential sires in modern showjumping, approved in 20+ studbooks and producing elite offspring such as Big Star (Olympic gold medalist) and Orient Express HDC (double silver at WEG 2014). His progeny are known for quickness, power, courage, and strong hindquarters.

Ratina Kervec is a high‑level Selle Français mare by Diamant de Semilly out of a Kannan mare and this makes Ratina Kervec a product of two of the strongest jumping bloodlines in France and Belgium. Diamant de Semilly was a legendary Selle Français stallion—international championship winner, multiple-time world number one sire, and the foundation of modern elite jumping breeding. With an exceptional career and thousands of successful offspring including Emerald and Diarado, he remains one of the most influential stallions of all time.
