BE Bunny is a very exciting young stallion showing tremendous talent for the sport.

Be Bunny has great paces with careful technique and massive scope over fences. He is very blood type stallion with an elegant head.  He has been placed in British Showjumping classes and will be aimed for Young horses classes in 2026 alongside his stud duties. At his stallion grading he was awarded a Grade 1 with an overall score of 8.90. His sire Colmar is a winner at 1.60 level & has progeny competing at Grand Prix. His Dam is Zarnita who was a winner of the Queen’s Cup and competed at 1.60 level.

His semen is of excellent quality.

SIRE
Colmar was an elite grey German Sport Horse stallion who jumped up to 1.60m Grand Prix, winning the CSI2 Abu Dhabi GP in 2020* and earning multiple top CSI5* placings. He was known for his excellent temperament, elegant build, and textbook jumping technique. Bred from top bloodlines (Colestus × Quidam’s Rubin), he became an Elite Stallion with the Anglo European Studbook and produced numerous promising offspring competing internationally, including BE Alcantara, BE Kentucky, and licensed stallion BE Bunny.

DAM
Zarnita was a 2004 KWPN showjumping mare (by Namelus R × Ahorn) who competed internationally with Shane Breen, reaching classes up to 1.60m/5*‑level. She later became a highly influential broodmare at Pook Bourne Stud/Breen Equestrian, producing offspring that reached 1.60m level and even a licensed stallion, making her a key foundation mare in their breeding program. Zarnita sire – Namelus R (1995) is an elite KWPN stallion known for his huge impact on modern showjumping breeding. Sired by Concorde and out of Eamelusiena (Joost × Abgar), he is WFFS‑negative and approved in multiple major studbooks. His offspring include 24 direct 1.60m horses, most famously Triple X III, the Olympic Team Gold winner at London 2012.

PROGENY
Bunny had 2 beautiful foals born in 2025, they were correct and blood types. He had a busy stud season attracting a variety of mares that needed refining to high level event mares. He had a very impressive first attempt pregnancy strike rate.
