Nomination Form

  • The stud fee excludes chilled/fresh semen collection and shipping/postage.
  • The stud fee excludes frozen semen handling and shipping

FROZEN SEMEN TERMS

  • The mare owner is entitled to unlimited doses of frozen semen for The NOMINATED MARE to produce ONE FOAL for the duration of the 2022 breeding season.
  • A dose of semen is the number of straws required to produce a pregnancy – each dose comprises between one and six straws.
  • If the semen used results in more than one foal being produced – either due to, flushing multiple pregnancies at EMBRYO TRANSFER or by the use of OVUM PICK UP – then further FULL STUD FEE payment will be required, per foal, to obtain covering certificates for registration.
  • Postage and handling charges are payable to Stallion AI Ltd for each shipment of each dose POA from Stallions AI Ltd.
  • Upon the production of a BARREN MARE veterinary certificate by 31st October, the mare owner will be entitled to a 50% discount on the cost of further doses semen required to produce a foal in the 2023 stud season.
  • If the NOMINATED MARE fails to conceive after 3 attempts the nomination agreement may be transferred to any stallion owned by Breen Equestrian Ltd, of the same value.
  • If the NOMINATED MARE fails to conceive after 3 attempts the nomination agreement may be transferred to a different mare with prior written approval.
  • If the NOMINATED MARE is inseminated for the first time after July 31st and does not conceive, the mare owner will be entitled to a FULL STUD FEE FREE RETURN the following year.
  • Stallion AI Ltd will only be authorised to release the semen once payment and a signed copy of this nomination agreement has been received by Breen Equestrian Ltd.

CHILLED SEMEN TERMS

  • The mare owner is entitled to unlimited doses of chilled semen for the NOMINATED MARE to produce one foal in the 2022 breeding season.
  • The cost per collection is £120 + VAT, this will be payable to Breen Equestrian Ltd.
  • The cost of postage is POA (Subject to current TNT rates) payable to Breen Equestrian Ltd. Customers will be provided with a tracking number for delivery and Breen Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any delays from the courier company. Alternatively the mare owner may collect the semen from the collection centre.
  • Semen will only be collected once payment and a signed copy of this nomination agreement has been received by Breen Equestrian Ltd.
