Royal Windsor Horse Show

May 22, 00:00

The Royal Windsor Horse Show is always a special date in the UK Show Jumping Calendar.  It is a lovely show, with Windsor Castle giving it a unique back drop.

The show starts very early on Wednesday morning with the Foxhunter competition.  The best 12 six year olds qualify for the very prestigious Walwyn Novice Championship in the afternoon.  Coquette Chapotiere and Georgia qualified for the Walwyn where she finished 6th.

The second class was the Landrover Grades A & B Jumping where Georgia successfully and very excitingly defended her 2017 win, this time on Z7 Qamar.  Sarah finished 12th on Doonaveeragh Emma.

In the last class of the day, the B&C Jumping Z7 Caretina and Georgia finished 14th.

On Thursday morning Georgia and Z7 Diamond finished 2nd in the very hotly contested Grade B & C Jumping.  In the Six Year Olds class Sunniva finished 11th on Hollywood and Emanuelle finished 13th on Con Champo.
